All bookings are via the website. You will be given a 30 minute appointment to choose your chain/charms and for fitting. If there is more than one person attending the appointment for jewellery please ensure you select the appropriate number of people. 

Please note the maximum number of people per appointment is 3. 

Choose from solid gold*, gold filled or 925 silver. I stock a variety of chains in different styles. Chains can be made into bracelet, anklets or necklaces sized bespoke o you. 

Solid gold is available on request. 

We stock a range of charms. If there is a particular charm you want please contact us prior to booking so we can source and order the charm if it isn't stocked. An additional charge will apply for bespoke charms. 

You choose your chain and customise with charms if you wish. The chain is measured to you for a custom fit. Either end of the chain is welded together - no clasp!

It definitely doesn't hurt and is completely safe. No heat or spark comes into contact with you. A leather skin protector and goggles are worn as a precaution. 

Your new jewellery can be removed by snipping the jump ring - no damage to your beautiful jewellery!

Yes a clasp can be removed if you prefer meaning your jewellery can be removed whenever you wish. 

The chains can be very durable but like any fine jewellery it needs to be treated with care. If your jewellery gets snagged it could stretch or break.

All chains can temporarily tarnish under certain conditions such as natural hot springs, chlorine, sulphur, bleach and other strong chemicals. A quick clean will remove any signs of tarnishing.

To bring back the shine polish with a lint free cloth. For a deeper clean, use washing up liquid and a soft bristle toothbrush.

Breaks are handled on a case-by-case basis. Breaks at the weld will be repaired within reason. Breaks to the jewellery will incur a repair or replacement fee. The jewellery is durable but not indestructible!

You're welcome to bring a friend. If your friend is also going to have permanent jewellery please ensure you select a slot for 2 people. The maximum number of people who can attend an appointment is 3.
